Books started physically leaving the warehouse on August 9th. We had a few snafus in transmitting the electronic data for orders, but these were worked out. Depending on how your book was shipped, and where you live, you either have already received your book or will receive it soon.
Books shipped internationally by mail will take the longest to reach their destination. It can take from one to six weeks for airmailed books to arrive.
